This Cookie Policy describes how cookies and other tracking tools are used through the website https://casa-pier.com and related services (collectively, "the Site"), pursuant to Article 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Privacy Code"), EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"), and Provision no. 231 of 10 June 2021 issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority ("Garante"), containing the "Guidelines on Cookies and Other Tracking Tools." The Data Controller for personal data collected through the Site is MANDRALIVING s.r.l., with registered office in Rome, Via Umberto Tupini n. 116 (VAT No. and Tax Code: 16672371008 — PEC: mandraliving@legalmail.it — Email: officemanager@mandraliving.com) (hereinafter, the "Controller"). MANDRALIVING s.r.l. operates as a service provider for property management and tourist rentals.

The Site installs cookies managed by third parties. Depending on the case, such parties act either as independent data controllers or as data processors appointed by the Controller.

In accordance with the transparency obligations set out in the Garante's Guidelines of 10 June 2021, the following is a list of categories of third-party providers that install cookies through the Site. A detailed and up-to-date list of individual cookies (name, provider, duration, specific purpose) is available in the consent management panel (Cookie Management Platform) accessible from the Site.

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES

Cookies are small text files that websites send to the user's device (computer, smartphone, tablet, or other terminal), where they are stored and subsequently transmitted back to the same websites on future visits.
